八角麻的抗炎、镇痛、解热作用

口服八角麻酒提取物,对大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀和棉球肉芽肿有明显的抗炎作用,LD50为1290±238g/kg;角叉菜胶性足肿胀的ED50为111.4±42.1g/kg。小鼠醋酸扭体法的ED50为47.1±16.9g/kg,并与大鼠k~+透入测痛法等实验结果均有镇痛作用。以DNP为致热剂的大鼠发热试验,有较强的解热作用,但对大鼠正常体温没有明显影响。

The common organization of the amygdaloid complex in tetrapods: new concepts based on developmental, hodological and neurochemical data in anuran amphibians

Research over the last few years has demonstrated that the amygdaloid complex in amniotes shares basic developmental, hodological and neurochemical features. Furthermore, homolog territories of all main amygdaloid subdivisions have been recognized among amniotes, primarily highlighted by the common expression patterns for numerous developmental genes. With the achievement of new technical approaches, the study of the precise neuroanatomy of the telencephalon of the anuran amphibians has been possible, revealing that most of the structures present in amniotes are recognizable in these anamniotes. Thus, recent investigations have yielded enough results to support the notion that the organization of the anuran amygdaloid complex includes subdivisions with origin in ventral pallial and subpallial territories, a strong relationship with the vomeronasal and olfactory systems, abundant intra-amygdaloid connections, a main output center involved in the autonomic system, profuse amygdaloid fiber systems, and distinct chemoarchitecture. When all these new data about the development, connectivity and neurochemistry of the amygdaloid complex in anurans are taken into account, it becomes patent that a basic organization pattern is shared by both amniotic and anamniotic tetrapods.     

肉苁蓉对败血症大鼠胸腺细胞的保护作用

目的：探讨肉苁蓉提取物对败血症休克大鼠胸腺细胞凋亡的影响及其可能机制。方法: 盲肠结扎穿孔术（CLP）造成大鼠败血症休克。防治组术前14 d开始给药（1.25 g/kg），分别于术后12 h、24 h取材。流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率和线粒体膜电位，分光光度法测定细胞线粒体ATP酶活力。结果 预先给予肉苁蓉提取物的大鼠，行CLP术后12、24 h胸腺细胞凋亡率均低于模型组（P<0.01），线粒体膜电位和ATP酶活力则显著上升（P<0.01）。结论： 肉苁蓉提取物对败血症休克时胸腺细胞有保护作用，其机制可能是提高ATP酶活力，维持了细胞线粒体膜电位。     

The repair of the Achilles tendon rupture: comparison of two percutaneous techniques

This study proposes a comparison between two percutaneous techniques of subcutaneous Achilles tendon rupture by evaluating the risk of lesion developing, the morbidity of the surgical technique adopted and the effectiveness of each technique. Sixty patients were operated at Padua Orthopaedic Clinic by using the two different procedures: (1) Ma and Griffith in 30 cases and (2) Tenolig in 30 cases. Risk of rupture developing has been evaluated in relation to sex, age, side, kind of trauma, work and presence of preoperative risk factors. The Morbidity of surgical technique has been evaluated in with respect to surgical time, hospital permanence, immobilization, active nonweight-bearing mobilization, assisted weight bearing until the full one, number of early and late complications before and after hospital discharge. Effectiveness has been evaluated in relation to return time to common life, work and sport; anatomical and functional features have been evaluated using McComis score, rating results as: very good (from 80 to 70), good (from 69 to 60), fair (from 59 to 50) and poor (<50). Tenolig group shows shorter average time from hospital admission and operation, hospital permanence and immobilization (P < 0.05), and it results in an easier and quicker execution and functionally stimulates the tendon healing in a short time. Effectiveness was the same for both techniques because average McComis score was good (P = 0.35), and there was no significant differences in common life returning time (P = 0.12). Tenolig technique seems to be preferable to Ma and Griffith.     

Severe hypokinesis caused by paraneoplastic anti-Ma2 encephalitis associated with bilateral intratubular germ-cell neoplasm of the testes.

We report a 40-year-old man with severe hypokinesis as paraneoplastic manifestation of a microscopic "carcinoma in situ" of the testis. The young age of the patient, along with progressive neurologic deterioration, detection of anti-Ma2 antibodies, and ultrasound findings of bilateral microcalcifications, led to bilateral orchiectomy, revealing the tumor in both testes. After orchiectomy, neurological symptoms stabilized, but the patient eventually died of systemic complications caused by his severe neurological deficits. Anti-Ma2 paraneoplastic encephalitis should be considered in patients with severe hypokinesis, and intensive investigation and aggressive approach to treatment is encouraged to prevent progression of the neurological deficits.     

Myopie: Prävention und Progressionshemmung

Zusammenfassung  Myopie ist mit einer Pr?valenz von 25–30 % der Gesamtpopulation der h?ufigste Refraktionsfehler des Auges. Mit der st?ndig steigenden Zahl betroffener Patienten gehen auch zunehmend gesundheitliche aber auch wirtschaftliche Probleme einher, weshalb intensiv an der noch nicht restlos gekl?rten Ursache der Entstehung der Myopie geforscht wird. Als beteiligte pathogenetische Faktoren wurden bisher genetische Pr?disposition, intensive Naharbeit in der Jugend, sowie eine Form von Akkommodations-tr?gheit diskutiert. Um die Progression der Myopie zu hemmen wurden einige therapeutische Ma?nahmen in Studien an Kindern und Jugendlichen untersucht: bei den optischen Interventionen wie über- bzw. Unterkorrektur oder Tragen von Kontaktlinsen zeigte sich keine Progressionshemmung; das Tragen von Gleitsichtgl?sern zeigte nur einen geringen, nicht klinisch relevanten positiven Effekt. Auch die pharmakologische Behandlung mit antimuscarinergen Substanzen zusammen mit Bifokalgl?sern zeigte eine signifikante Verlangsamung der Progression bei den behandelten Kindern, auf Grund von Nebenwirkungen und noch unzureichender Daten bezüglich der Risiken bei l?ngerer Anwendungsdauer ist man jedoch noch weit von einer Anwendung im klinischen Routinebetrieb entfernt.
